You'll gain practical experience in manoeuvring the forklift, loading and unloading materials, and adhering to workplace health and safety procedures. This course meets the national standards for licensing persons performing high-risk work and prepares you for the SafeWork NSW assessment to obtain your forklift licence.

This course is essential for anyone who wants to operate a forklift truck in a workplace, including:
*All participants are required to go through an assessment to be issued with a Statement of Attainment. This unit of competency is nationally recognised.Once the SafeWork assessment has been successfully completed, you will receive a SafeWork Notice of Satisfactory Assessment (NSA) which is valid for 60 days. A fee is then payable at Australia Post for the license card which is nationally recognised to be issued.
