At NTO, we recognise the pivotal role that parents and carers play in a student's educational journey. We are dedicated to fostering a collaborative environment to ensure your child achieves their full potential.
NTO offers a range of services to support students and their families:
A.Due to privacy laws, access to student records is restricted to the student themselves. However, students can provide written consent for the release of their information to parents or carers.
A.You can support your child by providing a quiet study space at home, helping them manage their time effectively, and staying in contact with their trainer to monitor their progress.
A.NTO is committed to providing reasonable adjustments for students with disabilities or learning difficulties. Please contact our Student Support Officer to discuss your child's specific needs so we can develop an appropriate support plan.
A.You can stay informed by contacting your child's trainer or by attending parent-teacher meetings. We also encourage students to share their learning journey with you..
A.If you have any complaints or concerns, please contact your child's trainer or the Compliance Manager. We take all feedback seriously and strive to resolve issues promptly and fairly.
Our team is available to answer your questions Monday to Friday, 10am – 4pm (AEST).
