It involves a broad range of skilled applications including requirements to evaluate and analyse current practices, to develop new criteria and procedures for performing current practices, and to provide leadership and guidance to others in applying skills and planning skill development.
No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this qualification at the time of publication.
Job description
As team leaders, employees arrange work flow for receipt and despatch of goods; monitor stock levels and undertake stock counts; ensure warehouse is well organised and WH&S compliant and; provide reports for management.

This course requires a total of 18 units of competency comprising:

4 general elective units from the general elective units listed below if selecting Group B, Group K (depending on job role), Group M or
5 general elective units from the general elective units listed below if selecting Group K (depending on job role), Group L, or
