Ideally, you will also have some responsibility for organising and monitoring the output of your team.

You must have a good understanding of the English language as course material is only available in English. You are required to have intermediate computer skills and be able to communicate using email and attachments, and create documents, spreadsheets or presentations.

Entry Requirements

This qualification is aimed at staff working within a team who are looking to take on more leadership roles and may be acting as 2IC to a manager. Although there is no entry level requirements for this qualification the assessment material would be difficult to complete if you are not currently working and /or have no experience working in a team environment.
